AFRICAN WILD DOG has finished second in his last four starts and is knocking on the door. LET'S CELE- BRATE lost a couple of lengths at the start when making his debut. He would have come on further with that run under the belt and despite being drawn widest in gate eleven, he should be right up there when they hit the line. VELORIAN KING raced green when finishing sixth on debut, 4.5L behind the victor. He would have gained from the experience and with the natural improvement that is expected, he should keep the top two picks honest.
