FUTURE RED ran a good race on debut over 1250m on this course. The daughter of Futura would have gained from the experience and should love the rise to 1400m. If Luyolo Mxothwa is able to switch her off early, she can go one better. THELEIA was a beaten favourite over this C&D last time. Her penultimate run when second catches the eye. Should the top choice fluff her lines, she may be the one to pick up the pieces. HAZEL GREEN finished 1.2 lengths behind the second selection last time. The pair meet on the same weight terms today and she may have to settle for the same result. LITTLE NIMBUS was unlucky not to have won her last start over 1200m. She would have come on from the outing and should strip much fitter. Aldo Domeyer steps into the saddle and he may be able to get the best out of her where it matters most.
