KLEIN KAROO was not disgraced when fifth against winners last time. It must be noted that the horse that finished third that day has come out and won since. The son of Canford Cliffs is back in maiden company and may be the one to side with. SUGAR DADDY stayed on at the finish over 1200m last time, but found one too good in the form of Give It Laldy. The son of Vercingetorix will love the rise to 1400m. Should the top choice fluff his lines, he may be the one to pick up the pieces. GALLIC KING tried hard when second over 1200m last time. The son of Vercingetorix will be at home over the extra furlong. He should get a good run in transit from barrier two and merits healthy respect. PRAIRIE DAWN ran on well when second over 1500m last time. It must be noted that the form of that race has been franked. He does have to overcome the widest draw, but Andrew Fortune will give him all the necessary assistance from the saddle.
