PRETTY PRECIOUS showed good speed in her last start over this C&D, but found one too good in the form of Kyalami Girl. The daughter of Potala Palace is a progressive type and she is the stable elect with Luyolo Mxothwa in the saddle. She may be hard to peg back in the run down to the line. LUCY ROCKET has produced two encouraging efforts over 1000m. It must be noted that the form of that race has been franked. The manner in which she finishes off her races suggests that she will love the rise to 1200m and she is one of the leading contenders. CAPTAIN'S DESTINY finished 1.75 lengths behind the top choice last time. The pair meet on the same weight terms today and she may have to settle for the same result. HANGING ROCK is the stable companion of the top selection. Her last three starts before given a 10-week break were decent. Richard Fourie is booked to ride and he may be able to get the best out of her where it matters most.
