STAR OF THE FUTURE produced a typical second run after a rest last time. His penultimate run when fourth over 1500m on this course was encouraging. The son of Futura takes on weaker and if seeing out the 2400m, he may find himself in the winner's enclosure. OUR LADY FATE ran a creditable race when fourth over 1900m at Hollywoodbets Hollywoodbets Greyville last time. She finished third in her only C&D attempt. She has no stamina issues and should pose a massive threat. BASIE RAAKVAT finished second last time but was demoted to third for causing interference. On best form shown, he would not be a shock winner. He is carded to race on 03 April 2026 and his progress in that race will need to be monitored. MANY WATERS produced a moderate post maiden effort. It is encouraging that Rachel Venniker retains the ride and in this field, he can finish in the placings.
