DOUBLE EDGE ran a fair race in his comeback run over 1400m at Hollywoodbets Hollywoodbets Scottsville. The son of Twice Over is crying out for the 1800m. He should strip a much fitter horse and with Anton Marcus retaining the ride, he can improve to shed his maiden tag. WINTER ROYALE got going too late when finishing fourth over 1600m on the polytrack last time. The son of Twice Over will love the return to grass and the extra furlong on offer. With a bit of luck from the widest draw, he is capable of winning in this type of field. WILLY THE WIZZARD showed good improvement in his last start over this C&D under S'manga Khumalo. It must be noted that the form of that race has been franked. He jumps from a mid-field draw and should earn another cheque. YOUNG NELSON'S last two starts over further have been fair. He may be better suited to this type of distance at this stage of his career and from his good draw of two, he should run into the money.
