JAN VAN GOYEN was an easy winner on debut over this C&D. He raced from just off the pace, showed a good turn of foot and won with a ton in hand. The son of Master Of My Fate found betting support that day which suggests that he was showing good work at home. He could be anything and can remain unbeaten. GOT THE FEELING produced a strong finish when winning on debut over 1200m at the Vaal. It must be noted that the horse that finished third that day has come out and won since. Muzi Yeni rides and the combination merit healthy respect. SHADOWFAX flew up late when second over this C&D on debut. The son of One World would have gained from the experience. Richard Fourie is booked to ride and he should make the natural improvement. NYAKA NYAKA was a tad disappointing over 1000m at the Vaal last time. He won his penultimate outing over 1000m on the Inside course. If putting his best foot forward, he should be involved at the finish.
