LIMERICK LACE was an easy winner on debut over 1160m on this course. She raced from just off the pace, showed a good turn of foot and won with a ton in hand. The daughter of Danon Platina should love the rise to 1400m. With a bit of luck from the widest draw, she can remain unbeaten. ALTA CAPITANA won a good race on debut over 1160m on this course. She showed good speed and fought hard all the way to the line. She should have no issues with the rise to 1400m and she is one of the leading contenders. RACHEL WALL found betting support when winning on debut over 1200m on the Inside course. She raced from a handy position, found a nice kick and won easier than the official margin suggests. The daughter of Buffalo Bill Cody could be anything and she cannot be ignored. MISS NOVAX was her own worst enemy over 1500m last time as she over raced in the early stages. It is encouraging that Craig Zackey steps back into the saddle, and she would not be a shock winner.
