She looks to have ability and should take a power of beating. HOC EST VITA showed good improvement when fourth over this distance at Turffontein last time. The daughter of Canford Cliffs is a progressive type and may be the one to fill the exacta spot. SPRING TIDE was in need of her debut effort over this distance. She returns from a 10-week break, during which time she would have strengthened up. With the natural improvement that is expected, she can finish in the placings. LADY HARLEQUIN is an unraced daughter of What A Winter from the Candice and Tammy Dawson yard with Craig Zackey in the irons. She is related to Johnny Boy who has won once and finished second twice from as many starts. If not in need of the run, she should start her career on a positive note.
