SIGRID SWING is better than her last start over 2000m as she was reported to be fatigued. She has finished second three times from as many starts over this C&D. She is drawn widest of all but gets the services of Gavin Lerena who will give her all the necessary assistance from the saddle. SCARLETT HEART is better than her last start over 2000m. She has won once, finished second twice and third once from as many starts over this distance. On best form shown, she should be involved at the finish. SPECIAL STAR showed a good turn of foot when winning her last start over 1800m on the Turffontein Inside course. She returns from an 18-week break, during which time she would have strengthened up. She takes on stronger, but has plenty of scope and should be up to the task at hand. OPERA FAN lacked extra late over this C&D last time. If finding the form of her penultimate run under Kobeli Lihaba, she should have a say.
