The daughter of Gold Standard is a progressive type and should enjoy the rise to 1600m. In this field, she may be the one to beat. PROPHECIES ran a fair race over 1450m on the Vaal Classic course last time. She is a progressive type and may have more to come. VERDANDI was in need of her debut effort over 1000m on the Vaal Classic course. The daughter of Erik The Red would have gained from the experience and can show improvement. HIGHWAY HEIRESS did not show much promise on debut. It must be noted that the horse that finished third that day has come out and won since. She would have gained from the experience and can improve over the mile.
