ARILENA produced an eye-catching debut effort over 1160m on the Standside course. She showed good speed, tried hard but found one too good in the form of Antigua Night. The daughter of Silvano would have come on from the run and if not too green around the turn, she can go one better. ALWAYS BETTER has produced two fair efforts to date. He has plenty of scope and from his good draw of four, he can feature in this type of field. LUTHULI was in need of his debut effort over 1160m on the Standside course. The son of Crusade would have come on with the run. Muzi Yeni retains the ride and with the natural improvement that is expected, he should run into the placings. WILLIAMTHEFIGHTER is an unraced son of Crusade from the Paul Peter stable with Warren Kennedy in the saddle. If not too green, he should get his career off to a positive start. The betting market will be the best guide with regards to his chances.
