TORIX NIGHT showed improvement when third over this distance on the Hollywoodbets Greyville polytrack last time. The son of Vercingetorix is having his first run for the Kelly Mitchley stable and it is encouraging that Richard Fourie is booked to ride. If suited to this course, he can shed his maiden tag. DUMISANI has good recent form lines to her name. She was running on when second over 1600m last time. It must be noted that the horse that finished fourth that day has come out and won since. She will strip a much fitter horse and should give the males a run for their money. DAWN CLOUD was disappointing in his last start over 1600m. His penultimate run when fifth against winners was eye- catching. With a bit of luck from the widest draw, he should be involved at the finish. ELECTRIC STORM is the stable companion of the third choice. He is much better than his last start as he had excuses in running. On best form shown, he is capable of finishing in the placings.
